Administrative Assistant

The Dickinson County Road Commission is seeking a candidate for an Administrative Assistant position. Candidates must have a strong accounting background and computer knowledge. Governmental accounting experience is preferred. Duties include, but are not limited to, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, processing permits, website maintenance, business social media management, answering phones, and a wide variety of other accounting functions. Candidates need to have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, organized, an attention to detail, and have the ability to complete tasks independently.
