Closed the Defined Benefit Plan on October 31, 2013

Established a Defined Contribution Plan for full time employees hired after October 31, 2013

Contributing more than the Minimum Annual Required Contributions

No Retiree Health Insurance for employees hired after December 31, 2017

Established a Retiree Health Care Trust
